"Ephraim and Judah"

The truth is being drove deeper into Yahuah's people, and even more dividing is on it's way, {those of the Wheat and the Tares}, there is even another split coming in the churches of god, As false doctrines will be seen by those with eyes and ears, they will follow the way of Yahuah. The Sealing has begun, Yahuah's people are being called out one or perhaps a few at a time, The calling of Israel has begun, Judah will soon call out to Yahuah. It will happen. There is going to be another split in the Churches Of God again soon, and it will be by the Hand of Yahuah's.

1. Abraham was promised a countless progeny (Genesis 12:3; 15:5);

2. This promise was given to Isaac (Genesis 26:2-5);

3. To Jacob (Genesis 28:3);

4. To Joseph (Genesis 48:3,4);

5. To Ephraim (Genesis 48:13-20);

6. Ephraim was Jacob's firstborn heir (Deuteronomy 21:17; 1 Chronicles 5:1,2;
Ezekiel 37:19);

7. Ephraim's seed was to become "Multitude of Nations" meaning "a fullness of gentiles" (Genesis 48:19; Romans 11:25; Isaiah 8:14); the word fullness is also used in Psalm 24:1;

8. Israel was divided into Two Houses - Ephraim/Israel and Judah (1 Kings 1:11; 11:31-35; 12:15 - "the cause was from YHWH"; 12:24 "for this thing is from Me");

9. Ephraim was later sent into captivity in Assyria for their idolatry (2 Kings17:6-18,24; 1 Chronicles 5:25,26; 1 Kings 14:15);

10.Ephraim became "LoAmmi" - meaning "not a people" (Hosea 1:9) and was swallowed up among all nations. Thus they lost touch with their Israelite identity.

11.Israel is forever chosen to choose; they must choose to follow the Holy One of Israel (Deuteronomy 28:1-68; 30:19; Joshua 24:15 );

12.There is an eternal call on all descendants of Israel; the facts about one's biological heritage cannot be changed based on one's faith [or even a lack thereof] (Exodus 19:4-6; Deuteronomy 4:37; 7:6,8; 10:15; Jeremiah 31:37; 33:25,26; Romans 11:28,29);

13.Though scattered, like Judah, Ephraimites continue to be physical Israelites (Jeremiah 31:20; 2 Kings 17:23; Daniel 9:7; Ephesians 2:17; Hosea 5:3; 8:8; Amos 9:9; Jeremiah 31:20);

14.Ephraim has been "lost" to, or ignorant of, his Israelite heritage (Hosea 1:6; 3:4; 31:18,19);

15.As to Ezra's sacrifice for "all' Israel. "all" defines those present, and does not serve to prove that all biological Israelites were there (Ezra 8:25; 1 Kings 12:20);

16.Reunited Israel will be sinless, will not be uprooted from the Land, and Yahusha will reign over them (Isaiah 11:11-14; Jeremiah 3:14-18; 50:4,5,20; Zechariah 8:3,7,13; 9:13; 10:7,8,10; Hosea 11:10; Obadiah 1:18; Ezekiel 37:22-26; Isaiah 27:9;)

17.Ephraim and Judah are Yahuah's Two Chosen Families (Jeremiah 33 23-26);

18.The Chosen people of Israel are Yahuah's witnesses (Isaiah 43:8-13; 44:8);

19.Yahuah divided His witnesses into Two Houses (2 Chronicles 11:4; Revelation 11:3,4; Zechariah 4:11,14);

20.Messiah Yahusha is also called Israel (Isaiah 42:6,7; 49:1-6; Matthew 2:15);

21.Yahusha made His congregation, Ekklesia with the children of Israel

22.Yahusha has one flock and He is one with the Father; together They have one people (Matthew 2:6; 15:24; John 10:16, 27-30; 17:11, 20,21; Ezekiel 34:11-16);

23.In ancient Israel foreigners joined Israel by observing circumcision, Passover and sojourning; thereafter they were considered as natives of the Land (Leviticus 19:34; Numbers 9:14; 15:15,16; Deuteronomy 18: 15-19; Isaiah 56:3,6-8; Ezekiel 47:23);

24.Israel's three citizenship rules were continued in the congregation, Ekklesia of Israel as (A) circumcision of the heart, (B) Yahusha's Passover of Bread and Wine and (C) living in harmony with those of His Kingdom (Matthew 21:43; Luke 12:32; 22:30; John 1:29; Acts 1:6; 1 Peter 1:1,2; 2:9; Hebrews 7:12, 27; 9:12; 10:10; 1 Corinthians 5:7; Revelation 3:20; Jeremiah 4:4;Acts 15:21; Jeremiah 31:33; Ephesians 2:11-22);

25.In the congregation, Ekklesia, non-Jewish believers are considered to be "former gentiles". They are no longer "heathens" but instead are Israelites (Ephesians 2:11-22);

26.The "congregation" or "ekklesia" was in the wilderness and therefore cannot be "separate from Israel" as is often taught (Acts 7:38; Hebrews 4:2);

27.Believers belong to Yahusha's "ekklesia of the firstborn" (Hebrews 12:23);

28.The olive tree of Israel has two major branches, Ephraim and Judah. The Root of the tree is Yahusha (Jeremiah 11:10,16; Isaiah 8:13,14;Revelation 22:16);

29.Believers in Messiah are not to be arrogant toward the Jewish branches that were broken off for unbelief. Instead, in a positive way, believers are to provoke them to jealousy, that they might be grafted in again (Obadiah 1:12; Joel 2:32; Luke 13:1-5; Romans 11:11, 18-21);

30.Ephraim is jealous of Judah and Judah vexes Ephraim (Isaiah 11:13);

31.Ephraim repents of his youthful sins when instructed (Jeremiah 31:18,19);

32.Ephraim is called to be a watchman (Hosea 9:8; Jeremiah 31:6);

33.Ephraim is called to return to righteousness (Jeremiah 31:21; Ezekiel 37:23);

34.The first example of two witnesses who gave a good report about the Elohim of Israel were Caleb and Joshua - a Judahite and an Ephraimite (Numbers13:2,6-8);

35.Yahusha gives His two witnesses the power to prophesy and He describes them as two olive trees (Revelation 11:3,4);

36.Yahusha's two witnesses are called two lampstands. Lampstands are "ekklesias", "assemblies", "congregations" (Revelation 1:20);

37.Yahuah's is calling forth two congregations of peoples - Judah and Ephraim - and He is making these two sticks (trees) one in His hand (Ezekiel 37:15-28; Jeremiah 3:18; Hosea 11:10);

38.Judah will believe in Messiah when he sees Ephraim properly representing both the Messiah and Yahweh's Torah. Even as Judah has been blind to the Messiah and Ephraim has been blind to the truths of Torah, so both must begin to see. It is the "wild branch Ephraim" who must bring this to pass (Matthew 23:37-39; Isaiah 8:14; Romans 11)

Genesis 32: 7-10 {7}Then Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed: and he divided the people that was with him, and the flocks, and herds, and the camels, into two bands;

{10} I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant; for with my staff I passed over this Jordan; and now I am become two bands.

1st Kings 11:28,32 {28} And the man Jeroboam was a mighty man of valour: and Solomon seeing the young man that he was industrious, he made him ruler over all the charge of the house of Joseph.

{32} (But he shall have one tribe for my servant David's sake, and for Jerusalem's sake, the city which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel:)

2 Samuel 19:43 {43} And the men of Israel answered the men of Judah, and said, We have ten parts in the king, and we have also more right in David than ye: why then did ye despise us, that our advice should not be first had in bringing back our king? And the words of the men of Judah were fiercer than the words of the men of Israel.

Jeremiah 31:31 {31} Behold, the days come, saith YHWH, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

Zechariah 8;23 {23} Thus saith YHWH of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that YHWH is with you.

Hosea 1:11 {11}Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.

Amos 3:1,2 {1} Hear this word that YHWH hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,

{2} You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

Matthew 24;29-30 {29} Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

{30} And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

{31} And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Ephesians 2;11-22 {11 }Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

{12} That at that time ye were without Yahusha, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without Yahuah's in the world:

{13} But now in Yahusha ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Yahusha.

{14} For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

{15} Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

{16} And that he might reconcile both unto Yahuah in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

{17} And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

{18} For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

{19} Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of Yahuah;

{20} And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Yahusha himself being the chief corner stone;

{21}In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in YHWH:

{22} In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of Yahuah through the Spirit.

Yes, the people of Ephraim are currently living among people of unclean lips, but they are hungry for the Word (Torah, Commandments) of their Father's household, and this same Bread gives life to all those who eat of it. This "bread" is not about "belief" only; one must also "do" the Word, or they are faking, lying, and/or simply deceived. They cannot obey without receiving Yahusha, Who enables them to walk in the Spirit. They know they cannot obey while walking in the flesh, nor do they have any desire to obey!

At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of YHWH, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the Name of YHWH, to Jerusalem, and no longer walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart.

In those days the House of Judah shall go to the House of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given as an inheritance to your fathers.

Of all the tribes of Israel, Ephraim holds the status and entitlements of the firstborn - directly bestowed upon him and his descendants by Israel, the father of the 12 tribes. While the Samaritans have been thoroughly dispersed among the Gentiles long ago as part of YHWH 'S plan (or secret), the "older brother" the Jews (or house of Judah) were also dispersed into the seed of the Gentiles.

When the King of the universe in coming, to establish His reign on the Earth. It will replace the man-made rulers and governments with the Torah. Yahusha's Name will be YHWH

And I shall give you shepherds according to My heart, and they shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

And it shall be, when you have increased, and shall bear fruit in the land in those days, declares YHWH, that they no longer say,

The ark of the Covenant of YHWH Neither would it come to heart, nor would they remember it, nor would they visit it, nor would it be made again.

At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of YHWH, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the Name of YHWH, to Jerusalem, and no longer walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart.

In those days the House of Judah shall go to the House of Israel, and they shall come .

Jer. 3:15-18

The shepherds are speaking, listen to them, everyone: The House of Israel was carried away by the Babylonians in 586 BCE, only 10% returned to rebuild Jerusalem after their 70 years of captivity. So, all 12 tribes are lost; and the "older brother" cannot discern who this returning fellow is at all. But let us be loving, patient, kind, and gentle with people as they try to comprehend who we are. They may initially attempt to fit us into a "box", or label us with a term they already easily understand. But, 'WE' have escaped from the box, the pig pen of (denominational prison) formerly designed to hold us; Now we have been set free, because we have accepted a most precious gift: a love of the Truth. YHWH is providing for the world to repent now, because His reign is drawing near

{15} And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

{16} And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith YHWH, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of YHWH: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.

{17} At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of YHWH; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of YHWH, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

{18} In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.

(#1). In Isaiah 8:14, the word says, "He shall become a sanctuary and a stone of stumbling and a rock of falling to both houses of Israel...." Here, in the words of Isaiah, we know that Isaiah recognized the Two Houses of Israel that existed during his time. To see how the two houses came into being, we must understand that Abram the Hebrew (#2) fathered Isaac, the son of promise (#3). Isaac fathered Jacob (#4), the person whose name was changed to Israel (#5). Israel then fathered twelve sons, whose descendants became known as the twelve tribes of Israel (#6). Judah was the fourth son of Israel,(#7). Thus the eleventh son, Joseph, did not come from Judah, but was Judah's brother. Now, Ephraim, the son of Joseph, is Joseph's heir; so Manasseh and Ephraim are also Israelites (#8).

Joseph and Judah became the most prominent of Israel's sons (#9). Ultimately the twelve tribes were divided into two distinct houses (#10). From reading the books of Kings and Chronicles, we recognize that the nation was divided into two kingdoms: Israel in the north and Judah in the south. Yet the Word says, BEFORE THEY WERE SEPARATED, all Israel and Judah loved David (#11), and so King David ruled over all Israel and Judah (#12). David became king over the house of Judah first (#13). In the book of First Kings, Chapters 11&12, we are told that King Solomon loved many foreign women (#14), even though the Israelites were instructed not to intermarry, because YHWH knew the women would turn the men's hearts away from Him to other gods (#15). Therefore YHWH told Solomon...because he had done this with the women and rebelled against the covenant of YHWH, YHWH said He would take the kingdom away from Solomon and give it to his servant (#16). The kingdom was then split, with the tribe of Judah in the south and ten tribes in the north. Rehoboam was king over Judah and Jereboam became king over Israel (#17). YHWH promised Jereboam He would build an enduring house for him, as He had done for David (#18). After the death of Solomon the separation of the two houses became effective; with Jereboam ruling over the house of Israel and Rehoboam ruling over the house of Judah (#19). Now Rehoboam intended to restore the house of Israel and the house of Judah back into one kingdom, but YHWH stopped him (#20). Now that we have seen the establishment of the Two Houses of Israel, we will look at the time frame between the establishment and dispersion of the two houses.

The establishment of two kingdoms, under Rehoboam and Jereboam, took place in 928 B.C.E. (#21). The house of Israel continued from 928 B.C.E. Until 722 B.C.E. When Shalmaneser, King of Assyria carried the house of Israel away and placed them in other lands and cities (#22). During the following 200+ years, the house of Israel had nineteen kings. The last king of the house of Israel was Hosea (#23). Beginning with the sin of Jereboam (#24), who caused the people of the house of Israel to sin, the people committed great spiritual adultery by departing from YHWH (#25). Now YHWH sent prophets to the house of Israel, to call them to repentance and return to YHWH. We see the promises of YHWH to cast out the disobedient people beginning in the book of Deuteronomy (#26). Also, the entire twenty-third chapter of Ezekiel addresses the harlotry of both the house of Israel and the house of Judah. The entire book of Hosea outlines YHWH'S plan to bring an end to the kingdom of Israel (#27). This was the end of a kingdom, not a people.

In Hosea, YHWH instructed Hosea to marry Gomer, a harlot; symbolizing the harlotry of the house of Israel. She, Gomer, conceived and bore a son, Jezreel. {Which means Yahuah will Sow} This is a prophecy about the scattering of the house of Israel among the other nations in the world. Gomer also bore a daughter, called Lo-Ruhamah (meaning "no-mercy"), for YHWH said He would no longer have mercy on the house of Israel. Then she bore a son and called his name Lo-Ammi (meaning "not my people"), for YHWH said they were not His people and HE would not be their EL, because of their disobedience. Yet by great mercy, YHWH speaks of the future restoration and coming together again of the two houses (#28)

The fulfillment of the breakup of the house of Israel occurred in 722 B.C.E. The house of Judah continued for another 136 years, until they were taken away captive to Babylon in 585 B.C.E. This shows that the house of Israel ceased to exist in 722 B.C.E. Judah returned to the land after 70 years of captivity in Babylon, yet Israel has not returned. After the house of Judah's return from Babylon, they continued as a kingdom and became the sole representative of all the remaining descendants of Jacob. It was after the dispersion and return of Judah that the term "Jew" began to be used to apply to all Israelites.

As you read the book of Hosea, you will see that YHWH used the name Ephraim as a synonym for the house of Israel (#29) many times. This usage established the tribe of Ephraim as the predominant tribe in the house of Israel. We will see the importance of this as we look at the loss of the birthright by Reuben, the firstborn of Jacob. Because Reuben defiled his father's bed, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph (#30). Although the birthright actually belonged to Joseph (#31), Jacob adopted the two sons of Joseph and made them equal heirs with Reuben and Simeon, his first and second-born sons (32). That is why the apostle Paul referred to the adoption as belonging to the Israelites (#33) and coming to the Israelites (#34), including His predetermined plan to adopt the Israelites back into the family (#35). YHWH designated Ephraim as His firstborn in the book of Jeremiah (#36).

At the time of the adoption of Ephraim and Manasseh, Jacob pronounced a blessing upon Manasseh and Ephraim which was to come to pass in the latter days, our days now. He said the lads would multiply like fish in the earth (#37). Everyone knows that fish lay eggs in the millions when they spawn. This signifies the growth of the descendants of Manasseh and Ephraim. Jacob also spoke a special blessing over Ephraim, saying he would become greater than Manasseh and would become a multitude of nations (#38). This phrase in Hebrew is "MELO GOYIM", meaning "the fullness of the gentiles." This is the reference Paul was speaking of when he said, "hardening in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the gentiles has come in, and so all Israel will be saved (#39)." Since YHWH planned from the beginning to reunite the house of Israel and the house of Judah (#40), we are told many times that He would bring the house of Israel back from where He had scattered them and reunite them in the land. The Messiah said He was sent only to the "lost sheep of the house of Israel" (#41). The Messiah sent out the twelve disciples, instructing them not to engage in the ways of the gentiles, and not to enter a city of the Samaritans, but to go to the "lost sheep of the house of Israel" (#42).

When Paul said, inasmuch as he was an apostle to the gentiles, he magnified his ministry (#43), he was talking about the large area he had been given to cover: He was sent to the "lost sheep of the house of Israel," wherever YHWH had scattered them. Salvation therefore came to all peoples in order to reach the "lost sheep of the house of Israel" (#44). There have been many misconceptions concerning the house of Israel, and the house of Judah, the children, the gentiles and the church (called out ones). These misconceptions have led to many false teachings, such as, the church has replaced Israel, or that the two houses are the Jews and the gentiles, as well as the false teaching that Yahuah has different rules for the different people. In reality we see the plan for reuniting the house of Israel and the house of Judah in Jeremiah, when YHWH says the day will come when He will make a new (actually renewed) covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah (#45). Anyone who joins with them will become part of the children of Israel, just like the mixed multitude that came out of Egypt with the descendants of Jacob. You can see how this eliminates the concept of having different laws for gentiles and Jews. YHWH has one law for all, it is called the Torah. This is stated in many places, but I will quote one from Leviticus 24:22, "You shall have the same law for the stranger and one from your own country; for I am YHWH your Yahuah." We can now understand the parables spoken by Messiah in Luke 15 concerning the lost sheep and the prodigal son (#46). Knowing who the two houses are shows us that the lost son is Israel and the son who stayed home is Judah.

YHWH developed a people for Himself that He called chosen. They were chosen to receive instructions from YHWH: His Sabbath, His feasts and their customs, which all teach the instructions for having life. This set of instructions is called the Torah, the first five books of Scripture, written by Moses. They were given all these things so that the rest of the world might see Yahweh in them and join with them to partake of the adoption, the glory, the covenants and the promises (#47), and that all might become members of the commonwealth of Israel (#48). YHWH established the Two Houses of Israel and He will reunite them. No nation, people or anything else will replace the chosen people of YHWH. The House of Israel has been scattered for so long that they have lost their identity and do not know who they are, but YHWH is calling to the lost sheep of the house of Israel through the people of Ephraim. The true Bride of YHWH is composed of those who keep the commandments of Yahuah (#49) and have the testimony of Messiah. The Two Houses of Israel are Israelites, who like Ruth, choose to say, "Your people shall be my people and your Yahuah my Yahuah" {50}

The "watchmen" are "Netzarim" -- the same word used in this Hebrew text which we refer to ourselves today with. We guard the Commandments of YHWH, and hold to the testimony of Yahusha. The term "Mount Ephraim" is everywhere the foundation of Ephraim is, which they turn away from and return (repent) to the Father's household, His Torah.

"Ephraim is literally everywhere, and they are now repenting and leaving the pig pens. The parable of the Prodigal Son describes a "famine" where Ephraim has been; this is living without the Commandments, the Bread of Life, the Living Torah. His Father's house has this Bread, the Covenant Ten Commandments, which are written upon our hearts by the Messiah, Who now lives in us who repent, believe, and obey His Torah."
